How does mobile tire service work?
Simply schedule an appointment, and our fully equipped service van will come to you. We complete the work on-site so you don’t have to visit a shop.
Are we open 24/7?
At this time we are not. Our hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
How much does mobile tire service cost?
Pricing depends on the service, but we offer competitive, transparent rates with no hidden fees.
Do we care about your vehicle and making sure your tires will be installed on your wheels scratch-free?
Yes! — protecting your vehicle and wheels is a top priority at MTS Express. Our technicians use specialized equipment and careful handling techniques to ensure your tires are mounted and balanced without scratching or damaging your wheels.
Do we know how to properly jack up your vehicle even if it’s EV or equipped with air ride?
Yes. Our technicians are trained to lift all vehicle types safely, including electric vehicles and vehicles with air suspension. We follow manufacturer-recommended lift points, use proper jack pads and equipment, and take extra precautions to protect batteries, underbody components, and suspension systems.
What happens to my old tires?
We take them with us and dispose of them the right way, so it’s safe for the environment and easy for you.
Do we ever go past our 25 mile radius?
If we have an open schedule and can make it work, yes. This generally refers to areas like Branson and Bolivar but there will be a gas fee.
Do we offer military discounts?
Not at this time but hopefully in the future.
Do we offer free rotations?
Unfortunately, no. Being that we are mobile, this makes it difficult to do so. However, if you do purchase tires through us, we knock our service call rate to $70 instead of $89.99.
What’s the max size tire and wheel we can install?
Our equipment allows us to install tires up to 38″ and wheels up to 24″
Do we offer free road hazard?
Currently we do not.
Do we use a road force balancer?
No. These machines are rather large and do not fit into a mobile operation. However, our corghi balancer is the latest and greatest in machines and we always see great results with every set of tires we balance.
